**According to the National Priorities Project (www.nationalpriorities.org), war spending for Iraq and Afghanistan for 2011 has been $169.4 billion! High levels of funding will continue for 2012. The Project On Government Oversight (www.pogo.org) estimates that taxpayers will now fund 14,000 - 16,000 contractors in Iraq. According to POGO, among the companies who will provide contractors in Iraq - KBR, DynCorpand Blackwater- are in the Project On Government Oversight's (POGO) Federal Contractor Misconduct Database (www.contractormisconduct.org). All 3 have extensive misconduct histories. Why aren't they prosecuted? Why do we continue to use them????? Ask your Senator or Congressman.
